Small Office For Rent

This a small 6’x10’ office only. Great for a quick workstation stop in your travels, or for a longer term rental, we offer a retractable desk, shelving, mini-fridge, microwave, and for longer bookings we can setup a private landline phone. Free WiFi and Ethernet cable. Heat is sufficient but slightly chilly in winter, so we provide a space heater. No bed, but we also have small studio apartments available on-site and we can do a discount if you book both. Bathroom is half a block away.

Johnson's Lodge

We offer open space and a view in the country. On your stay you can enjoy a private walk out deck and an upper level deck. There is seating around a fire pit to relax at the end of the day. We offer a full kitchen, with outdoor grill and smoker to prepare meals. Restaurant dining is 3 miles away also. Free access to WiFi, YouTube TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Housekeeping (once per stay). A new garage space for dogs with outdoor kennels. In this space we have room for bird cleaning.

Derecho House- Room for Trailers and Motorcycles

Stay in a “barndominium”. The Derecho House is a private living quarter within a shed. Room for trailers and hunter’s welcome. Dogs allowed for extra fee & rules. It was rebuilt after it was completely destroyed by a Derecho in 2022. Enjoy a cozy living area with two tv’s, WiFi and streaming. Full kitchen. Private bedroom with a sliding barn door. Enjoy the wide open spaces and sounds of nature on a private patio with an overhang. Close to I-90 for easy access to Sioux Falls and Mitchell.

Stargazer Tent @Silly Goose Farm

Two-bedroom, plus loft, 1 bath cabin, full kitchen. Total of 5 beds, sleeps 6. Additional mattresses available upon request. Quiet 5 acre barnyard where the kids can stretch out. Supervised dogs also welcome. All guests must be 25+ years old unless with a parent. Seasonal berries, horseshoes, corn hole, half court basketball, fiber optic internet, very bright stars. Plugs-ins for two RV campers on-site.
