Come explore the Historic Wykoff Jail Haus. The Jail Haus was built the late 1800’s and is owned by the city of Wykoff. Bike trails, trout fishing, Forestville State park, and cave exploration. There is kayaking and tubing 10 minutes away. Open over the winter months for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hunting and other winter activities. Playgrounds, restaurants, convenience / gas station all within walking distance. Located 40 miles south of Rochester in a town of 450 people.

The hospital is only a 5 min drive. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, dresser, and closet. The bathroom has a tub/shower and other amenities. Beautiful 1913 4 bedroom 2 bath home with original woodwork just 12 miles (about 15 -20 minutes) from the Mayo Clinic and less than 10 minutes to the airport. The home backs up to a park with both trails and playground equipment. There is on and off street parking and from Nov 15 - March 15 includes 1 garage space. Fully furnished home with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. Main floor bathroom has a seated shower with handheld. I will provide a Mayo Clinic parking pass upon request.

Watts Theatre Apartment Over Main

This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building. You will see many of his features including wide sweeping curves thus eliminating many 90 degree angles. While you stay enjoy watching the movie from your own Private Viewing Space in the second bedroom. There are shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 4pm check out our website for specifics.
