Come enjoy the newly renovated peaceful and centrally-located property in a quiet neighborhood near the beautiful south shore of Lake Bemidji. It’s a short walk to the Sanford Event Center and you’ll be very close to the Paul Bunyan State Trail for your relaxing pleasure. You can enjoy plenty of delicious restaurants close by, cook in the full kitchen or enjoy the grill in your own sanctuary. In the evening, you can relax by the bonfire in the back yard or watch a movie by the indoor fireplace.

If you can not climb stairs special accommodations can be made.Washer and dryer available for use. I have put out a dock and have two kayaks to use on the lake, there is no beach.Enjoy the hot tub, build a fire, visit with my horse, he love carrots or cookies. NO extra guests or parties are allowed. This beautiful country home is right next to Hwy 2, 1/2 mile from Oak Lake golf course. Maple Lake Eastside beach is very nice and only 9 miles away. This is my private home so my area is locked.

Located a few miles from Buena Vista Ski Resort and a short 10 min drive to downtown Bemidji! House Rules: No Pets or Parties!Neighbors have pets. This place isn’t a good fit if you have pets. Right by Snomobile trail and close to the lakes for ice fishing, waterfall hunting deer hunting. The Snomobile trails were freshly groomed for the first time on 12/12/2025!!
