Great spacious 2 story townhome!!! Modernized with a Carribean style theme. It has elegant lighting in the living room. Beautiful white Floor tiles that will make you feel like you are in a palace. Each bedroom has a full bathroom in it and a half-bathroom downstairs. It has a nice kitchen and eating area. There are great walk ways in this communtity. Property is about 15 minutes from Uptown Charlotte. There is easy access unto parking as well the property. This is the place for you!!

My home is conveniently located, with easy access to hottest arts & entertainment districts in the Queen City. Walking distance to grocery and CVS. I’m a 2 mile drive (~6 min.) down Central Ave. to the center of Plaza Midwood, a 4 mile drive (~12 min.) using Independence Blvd. to the center of Uptown (with similarly convenient access to South End), & a 3 mile drive (~10 min) to NoDa. Clean home, with two very sweet and affectionate dogs (see pics), Calliope (8 y/o) & Ferdinand (6 y/o).

Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.
