We purchased it in 2019 and have lovingly renovated the space and returned it to its former glory. Enjoy all the amenities Clarksville has to offer. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..

This house is surrounded by growth. High trees provide shade while grilling out and the wooded lot gives a feeling of being somewhere much more remote. There are exactly seventy stairs to the water. The dock provides a great place to relax and eat and drink. The water off the dock is 7ft deep, so jump right in. It is possible to tie a boat up to the outside of the dock so feel free to bring your own or rent one from the nearby Marina.
