Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, στον εμπορικό δρόμο με τα καταστήματα εστίασης ,καφέ καθώς και σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες του Δήμου.

Στη περιοχή Ψαριανά κοντά στον Ναό της Κοίμησης και στην αφετηρία λεωφορείων, ενα πλήρως αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα-μεζονέτα ενός υπνοδωματίου με εσωτερική σκάλα.Έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας τριών ατόμων. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για διαμονή καλοκαίρι και χειμώνα. Μόνο 250 μέτρα από λιμάνι και 350 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία Μιαούλη (Δημαρχείο). A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

The house lacated in the south of the island , from where you can start your excursions , either by car or by public transportation. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.
