A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. Iconic Freshwater Place one of Melbournes premier luxury residential towers on the banks of the Yarra River. Please note facilities on level 10 are not available for short stay guest due to Covid ** Level 10 can now be accessed for short stay guest if they accept terms and conditions imposed by the owners corporation. This includes doing an induction ( short course) on health and safety and correct use of equipment.Inductions are done on Wednesday and Saturdays. Need to be pre booked. $150.00

The apartment is located in a quiet leafy inner city neighbourhood (6kms from the CBD). It is a 2 minute walk from the tram and a kilometre from the trains. Local shops (supermarket, liquour, pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, cafes and takeaways) are a 5 minute walk away. The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. We are 2.5kms from the start of the Grand Prix Circuit (Albert Park Lake) and a tram ride from the Rod Laver Arena.
