Comfy queen bed+barn door to living room, smart TV, fast wireless, bathtub room w/ original tub+chandelier+faux candles; small shower too. Backyard has a glider, table/chairs and it’s perfect for dogs.

The property is situated in the rolling hills of Catheys Valley. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous. We are located 19 miles from North America's largest floating, inflatable aqua park Splash-n-Dash. Great summer fun !!

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.
