Step back in time and join us in the vintage carriage house.The original horse stalls are still here, aged wood surrounds you and the updates were done to compliment it all.Spacious kitchen is stocked with all the items needed to cook and entertain.Luxurious and well-appointed,with a slate pool table, 75" TV, board games,bar setup,WiFi and dining area perfect for eating while cheering on the players! Four bedrooms and a sofa bed offer ample sleeping accommodations.Gorgeous bathroom and loft too.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

If the weather disagrees, enjoy your coffee in front of the cozy fireplace in your charming bungalow, complete with cathedral ceilings and sliding glass doors. Close to hiking & biking trails, and many outdoor activities. 10 minutes to nearby Granville, NY or Poultney, VT. While not technically a 'tiny' house, it is a cozy cabin of 550sqft.

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

It's just 5min to Lake St Catherine, 40min to Lake George, 30min to Manchester VT, and 45minutes to an hour to Vermont ski areas. The perfect getaway for a couple or family, with two bedrooms (one with bunkbeds), dinning area, propane "wood" stove, living room, full bath, and washer & dryer. The back deck and yard are great for grilling.

Situated on a quiet country road this adorable home on one wooded acre has lovely mountain views and a peaceful setting. Nearby you will find skiing, hiking trails and quaint Vermont towns with shops and restaurants. Manchester and Rutland are 30 min. drives, Dorset is just 20 min. Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

The Smithy Cottage at Consider Bardwell Farm

The historic “Smithy" at Consider Bardwell Farm is the original building used for blacksmithing by Consider Bardwell, himself, in the 1800s. Complete with brand-new, architect-designed kitchen and bathroom, wood-burning fireplace, and stone patio for outdoor grilling and dining, the Smithy is beautiful inside and out. Enjoy meeting our goats and all the local goodies and products that we can stock in your cottage.

Cozy Poultney Village Apartment

I enjoy booking my two-story in-law apartment with a private entrance, which is attached to my 1850 Poultney Village home. I am located a block from Main Street with shops, books, and eateries. I am in the lakes region of Vermont, close to both Lake St. Catherine and Lake Bomoseen. Killington is 35 miles away. We am also located a mile from the NY border and the entrance to Lake George and the Adirondacks.

Relax with the whole gang at this peaceful country home. Huge yard for activities and cozy adirondack room with indoor fireplace to chill out. Bedroom 1 w/ king bed, Bedroom 2 w/ king bed, bedrooms 3-5 each have 2 full beds. Dogs are welcome but there will be an increased cleaning fee due to the additional time that is required to ensure the house is as clean as possible for every group.
