We are located in an ideal spot on Seneca, with over 25 wineries on the East side of the lake, a golf course, you-pick fruit & flower farms, and 7 beautiful State Parks nearby! Though spending time lounging on the deck, dock, or in the huge hammock may be our favorite lake activity! Our 50ft of frontage is perfect for swimming! We recommend walking to the Lodi State Park, (~ .5 mile) it’s scenic and has a great playground! The house is spacious and bright, and we look forward to welcoming you!

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Seneca Sunset Couple's Cottage

Kick back and relax in your own stylish, private lakefront cottage. You can enjoy spectacular views of Seneca Lake and her beautiful sunsets. You'll be located on the lake, just off of Rt 414, in a prime stretch of wineries, breweries, dining, hiking, local markets and live music.
