Not a party pad, so we kindly ask you to respect the tranquil ambience.

This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Welcome to Umbulelo, our architecturally designed home on the Seventeen Seventy headland. Here, you’ll find stunning Pacific Ocean views and native gardens attracting local birdlife, providing a peaceful sanctuary. The seamless indoor-outdoor layout is perfect for relaxing and taking in the tranquil surroundings. Step out to experience the region’s unique activities and attractions. As evening falls, soak in the famous sunsets from the headland or estuary—memorable moments await at Umbulelo.

The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Wildflower Studio

Experience a charming retreat in our cozy shed studio, nestled in a quiet town near the Queensland Bruce Highway. With a peaceful country setting and chickens just outside your door, this space offers a relaxing escape. Enjoy a self-sufficient stay with fresh eggs available upon request. Please note, for the comfort and health of our family, **NO smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, additionally, NO animals (including service animals) allowed**, due to allergies.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book. We offer a unique accommodation experience by inviting you to stay on a comfortable sailing boat, overlooking our beautiful pristine billabong on our 40 acre property. You'll have exclusive command of the ship as well as your own private dining, bathroom and entertaining areas. The billabong is close by too should you wish for a cooling dip.
