Look out at the pristine City Hall with the Statue of Liberty and a bronze sculpture marking the city where Honest Abe visited just before announcing his run for Presidency. The original bricks and hardwood in this unique 170-year-old home have stood the test of time. Take a an elevator (or stairs) to the 2nd floor. Located in the heart of historic downtown Leavenworth, the First City of Kansas. Within a few blocks are several coffee shops, bakeries, boutiques, and bars. Located only 10 miles from the award-winning tourist town of Weston, which has many breweries, wineries, and hiking trails. You won't find this anywhere else! Original wide hardwood floors that were laid 165 years ago and the original brick walls that have stood the test of time. A view from nine windows that overlook our pristine city hall with the statue of liberty and statue of Abraham Lincoln. (Lincoln announced his run for presidency right there in Leavenworth!) And to think, he most likely walked across the street and came in our building as it was a saloon at the time! You will enter our loft from the street by keypad and there is a small room leading to our new elevator (big steel door) to take you to the 2nd floor. Directions for the elevator are on the wall. Very easy, just always close the white accordian door to elevator in case your party calls it from another floor. Your party is the only people who have access to this elevator. Ride a custom elevator to the open yet cozy space above the host's candle and gift boutique. The flat is a great base to explore KC, Fort Leavenworth, the county seat, and quaint Weston, MO. Shops, restaurants, coffeehouses, and bars are steps away. There is a large parking lot behind the building on 5th street. 65" tv, but we do not have cable. There is a dvd player, and you are welcome to hook your phone to the tv to watch your prime video, hulu, etc. That is what we do, and use the data from our phone or computer to display on the tv screen!

Come stay with us in this beautifully restored historic loft with upscale amenities. Located in the heart of Downtown Springfield. This luxury loft was once a historic building dating back to 1920’s and still boasts the exposed brick and original hardwood floors. This loft will sleep 4 with a king bed, futon, and pull out couch. There is one bathroom and a wash room with washer and dryer. The loft is Walking distance from fine dining, breweries, night clubs, coffee shops, and so much more!

Summerside Private Creekside Retreat

No cleaning fee! Base price for 2 is $135. $10 per person per night over 2. We do not provide infant bedding nor cribs due to the frequency of manufacturer recalls and because parents are the best judges of their infant’s needs. Summerside offers a quiet, private apartment overlooking a quiet Ozark stream. Sleeping areas are separated by a 1/2 wall and sleeps 5. It is 1/2 mile from the Jacks Fork River and 1/4 mile from the shops and restaurants in the pretty little town of Eminence.

Truman Loft

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. Miner's Loft-Downtown Pittsburg

This downtown 1910 loft is in the heart of Pittsburg and close to everything. Walkable to most bars and restaurants and you can hit up the local coffee shops in the morning. There is a meat market across the street and a brewery. Private onsite, well-lit parking in the back of the property, a private deck and front views of Broadway. This loft is 1,600 sq. ft and sleeps 4 comfortably and has room for a few more on the large sectional in the living room and the couch in the lodge room.

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.
