Your private space & bath are just inside the front door & you are literally 6 level steps from your car. The space includes a kitchen, sitting area & bedroom area with plenty of natural light. My shady front yard has a bench & swing & there is a beautiful park at the end of the street. Plenty of shopping & restaurants within a 3 mile radius.

Updated historic bungalow just a 10 minute walk to the Independence Square which is a FIFA World Cup Region Direct Stop!! Enjoy all of the history our neighborhood has to offer by visiting the Truman Presidential Museum and Library, The Truman Home, Frontier Trails Museum, Independence Train Station, and the Community of Christ World Headquarters which are all within walking distance! Just a quick drive to downtown Kansas City as well as Arrowhead or Kauffman Stadiums or the Silverstein Arena!

We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. Originally built as The Buckley Hotel, this historic building has been brought back to life. While retaining the features that makes this home so beautiful and reflective of its time, we have brought in modern amenities that insure a comfortable stay while in the heart of Excelsior Springs. This place is so perfect if you are visiting town as it's steps from shopping, eating and landmarks. The beds are comfy with nice linens because I, for one, love a good night's rest and I bet you do too!

Set in a quiet neighborhood on a large lot central to historic Downtown Liberty and the attractions of Kansas City, this home overlooks the beautiful Jones No. 97 distillery pond. Featuring wood floors with open living/dining space, everything needed is on a single level, although there are steps to access the house. Private basement may be accessed by owner via outside entrance for brief maintenance purposes.
