Something for everyone! This home is less than 9 mi. from historic Hermann, MO. There you can enjoy several wineries, shops & restaurants. From this property you are just a short walk to the Gasconade River near the MO River. Great boating, fishing & swimming w/ easy boat ramp access & parking. The Union Pacific Railway crosses the river & N. side of town. Gasconade is a small quiet town except for the occasional train or boat going by. At night enjoy stargazing from your private hot tub.

The furnishings are Victorian-modern and beautifully accent the high ceilings, tall windows, and lovely wood trim throughout the home. After enjoying the beautiful outdoors, curl up in front of a toasty fire, and watch your 55" Roku Smart TV (be sure to bring your login information for your favorite streaming apps!). Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

There are many great hiking opportunities within a short drive, however, once you get settled in you may not find a reason to leave.
