Well known for its award winning wineries and dining, STJ also offers various specialty shops and lets not forget the gorgeous Meramec Springs and surrounding rivers. Brushy Creek Cabin

Back to basics. Enjoy the peaceful solitude of this creek side home on the edge of town. This rustic remodel has modern amenities, including wi-fi, to make your stay comfortable and cozy. There are also areas for relaxation, like the hot tub on the deck. While soaking, you can view the creek which often has wildlife such as otters, beaver, deer, squirrels, owls and herons. When the weather is warm, cool off by splashing around in the creek. It's your time to unwind at the Brushy Creek Cabin.

Enjoy a comfortable stay at this unique lakeside retreat. This home offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. Start your day with coffee and a view of the lake. You’ll stay a short drive from several surrounding conservation sites. Bring your fishing pole and kayak! End your day relaxing by the fire pit and watching the sunset on the lake. We now offer event rentals for elopements, small wedding receptions, and small family reunions up to 18 people for an additional fee (message for details).

Secluded "Heaven": soaker tub, sauna, sunset view

"Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access. Regretfully no kids under 12 or pets.

This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, all the firewood you will need and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.
