Originally owned by the Muslim family of Hadji Mendaz Bey, it was passed to Christian families from Ayvalik and Propontis after the 1922 population exchange. Once home to iconic Mayor Konstantinos Doukas, it hosted political and cultural figures. Located on “Mayor Kostas Doukas” street, near the market, bakery and mini market, it offers sea views, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.

Απολαύστε τη θέα του επιβλητικού βράχου της Παναγίας από το όμορφο μπαλκονάκι. Είναι ανακαινισμένο το 2025 και διαθέτει όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Gün boyu evimizin hemen hemen her yerinden Ege denizi manzarasının keyfini sürebilir; açık hava mutfağımızda bahçeden topladığınız sebzelerle hazırladığınız salata ve mangal eşliğinde ağaçlar altında enfes manzara ile akşam yemeğinin keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz.
