Enjoy the small private pavilion over the water, the cozy outdoor living area or grilling out on the upstairs balcony. Public boat launch on the street too!

Minutes from the downtown entertainment district and within walking distance of groceries, restaurants, Mardi Gras parade routes, and the famous Callaghans Irish bar. Enjoy porch sitting in our swing and rockers while enjoying your favorite beverage. The gulf beaches and Dauphin Island are a short drive away. Enjoy fishing and kayaking in the Mobile Delta. Visit the Mobile Mardi Gras Museum and other places of interest.

Enjoy a little private cottage in the historic Midtown area, minutes away from downtown Mobile and I10. Very quiet neighborhood, with all the charm that Midtown has to offer. Our favorite thing about the neighborhood is the live oak trees that sweep across Government Street along with all of the stringed lights at various houses nearby. Launch your boat and have a delicious, riverside lunch just up the road at The River Shack, ride to Downtown Mobile and enjoy an array of locally owned bars and restaurants, or head down to Dauphin Island for a day at the beach.
