Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. At this time I am unable to accept local guests from Mobile. 21 and older please! I also have another Airbnb in same complex if this is booked - Gigi Midtown Getaway #2.

My one bedroom and one and a half bath bungalow is located in Bay to Breakers which is a private street that offers beach access to the Gulf, community pool area and a long fishing pier on Mobile Bay. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.

Spring Hill Guest House is nestled beneath the beautiful oaks of historic midtown Mobile. It is also conveniently located near a Publix Super Market & a variety of excellent restaurants. You will have quick access to our beautiful beaches w/ the interstate less 2 miles from the Spring Hill Guest House.
