Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment is for max 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed - faces the backyard. The living room - direction street - is equipped with a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

MM Art Gallery Apartment Berlin

I offer a central guest apartment in the basement of my art gallery. In a few minutes you can reach the Museum Island, the Humboldt Forum and Alexander Platz. Since the apartment is in the basement of the gallery, it has no daylight! The two bedrooms are separated only by a curtain! I use Wed-Sat bathroom and kitchen with! It’s in the center of Berlin, a 1 minute walk to Rosa Luxemburg Platz and a 5 min walk to Hackescher Markt or Alexander Platz. The street is full of little shops, lovely restaurants and bars, but still quite and not too crowded.

Netflix is available on both TVs, as well as a fast internet connection (250Mb/s), washing machine and Nespresso machine with capsules selection.
