This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.

Relax at our convenient getaway- a simple loft, recently renovated, perfect for a small family, couple, or small group of friends! Only a short drive or uber trip to downtown, WVU, and the stadium. Our space is new and we are still working out some details, for example, the refrigerator does not seem to be working. We do not have finishing touches like coffee and large trash cans. The loft is its own space, completely private and separate from the first floor.

What's great about it is close proximity to Suncrest Towne Centre and WVU Endocrinology building. It is also within walking distance to WVU football stadium. It's at the lowest level (with it's own separate entrance) of a small commercial building with business hours from 9 am to 5 pm during the weekday. Quiet during business hours is necessary. A Tesla wall mount level 2 EV charger is available (free) for guest with EV.

The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.
