It is over 610 square feet with 4 separate rooms and French doors leading to our back garden with areas to relax. We are a short walk to the beach along Monterey Bay. By car you will be half way between Santa Cruz and Carmel by the Sea for shopping, dining or entertainment with many beaches to visit in between.

Miller Suite: Mid Century Modern in the Forest

The Miller Suite was built and finished to complement the 1965 mid-century modern main home that we occupy full time. We share a walkway from the driveway and we access the same outdoor garbage cans, but we share no other circulation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath, private entry suite is perfect for your next road trip, weekend away, proposal, babymoon, anniversary, or even a romantic place for your quiet elopement. Nestled in the oaks behind a privacy fence, the entire property feels secluded.

Studio apartment with fully furnished kitchen, granite countertops, shower, vanity, wifi, and TV. Queen bed and fold-out futon couch. 25-30 minutes from Monterey Peninsula, Carmel and Carmel Valley. Many wineries in the Santa Lucia Highlands and Carmel Valley apellations. 10 minutes to Mountain biking in Fort Ord National Monument, home of Laguna Seca Raceway and the Sea Otter Classic. 40 minute drive to Pinnacles National Monument. 10 minute walk to Steinbeck museum and oldtown Salinas.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Laguna Seca (Mazda Raceway - 6.7 m), Toro Park (10.4 m), Monterey (4.2 m), The Wharf (4 m) Pacific Grove (6.1 m), Monterey Bay Aquarium & Cannery Row (5.4 m), Carmel (7.2 m), Carmel Valley (13.5 m), Big Sur (31.4 m) Monterey Airport (2.6 m) and close to local beaches & shopping.

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!

Cozy Cottage Close to Heart of Salinas

Cozy 425 sq ft studio near OldTown Salinas. This studio comfortably fits 2 persons. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars in Oldtown. It is walking distance to bus and train station. This property is perfect for 1-3 month rental for a single travelling professional. The property has video surveillance at entrances for a safe an secure stay. Please do not inquire about booking the place for someone else.
