Southern Sands Ecolodge offers luxury tented accommodation located on the banks of the mighty Olifants River and on the Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve. "Camp Bethel" - KNOBTHORN Tented Accommodation

KNOBTHORN at Camp Bethel is a tented safari camp offering accommodation within 48 km of the Orpen Gate to the Kruger National Park. The tent is erected on a elevated wooden deck set in the natural bush with animals such as Zebra, Kudu and Impala roaming freely. The tent has its own private bathroom with a shower. Kholo's Campsite

Kholo's Campsite is the newest Campsite on our farm. It is a private campsite that sits right on the river below a beautiful waterfall with a pool to dip your body into. There is an outdoor hot shower which looks onto the river. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an indoor shower as well as a toilet. This campsite is only accessible if you have a 4 by 4. This site has a covered kitchen area with a two-plate stove.

Escape to AfriCamps Hoedspruit in Greater Kruger

Our 11 tents surround a beautiful dam popular among guests for fishing of Carp, Bass, Bream, and Barbel. The camp has a lovely pool area for the whole family to enjoy on sunny days. Each tent has a private outdoor wood-fired hot tub that overlooks the dam and can also be used as a splash pool. Game drives to Kruger National Park depart from the camp.
