The villa in Luz de Tavira is located in a rural area and surrounded by typical Portuguese houses, greenery and close to the highway, making it a good base for exploring the region. Within walking distance is a local food market, cafes, pharmacy and an ATM. Renting a car is highly recommended, we have a double carport, free parking on the property and the villa is fully fenced & closed off with a gate. The whole property, house and swimming pool are private (our pool is not heated)

70s villa located in one of Tavira's more prestigious areas, 600 meters away from old town, 800 meters from the train station and supermarket, and 1.5km away from the Village of Santa Luzia. Maison situé dans une des zones plus prestigieux de Tavira, à 600 mètres de la vieille ville, 800 metres du train et supermarche, et à 1,5 km du village de Santa Luzia.

Modern architecture in rural space, in fantastic country-side, but close to the beach - 7km from Tavira center, with excelent access to the house. The surroundings are full of nature, animals and plants, a big stream ends on the property. We prefer check in on saturdays (high season). Eventually we can ajust but need previous ok from us.

Esta típica casa de ilha é uma oportunidade única para desfrutar de umas férias em família longe da confusão e do ruído das cidades. A 15 minutos de Olhão o trajeto faz-se de ferry boat, chegando à ilha a casa fica a 5 minutos a pé junto à passadeira principal mesmo no centro da ilha junto a um café/mini-mercado e ao parque infantil.
