This Comfortable 2 bedroom is a centrally located place that is 20 minutes away from the SLC airport, close to hiking trails, golf course, 45 minutes from several ski resorts, 3 minutes from Bountiful LDS temple. Smart TV in living room. Mini fridge and microwave provided. One queen and two twin beds. There is a coffee maker underneath the sink in the bathroom. There will be a starter supply of coffee. You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!

A short walk through the neighborhood with beautiful homes from different income levels leads to a streamside walk through City Creek Canyon or a walk to City Creek Park that leads directly into the beautiful downtown area.
