You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!

A cozy one bedroom cottage with a comfortable sitting room, full bath, and cute, retro style, kitchenette. No range, but there is an air fryer, instant pot & griddle to accommodate any cooking needs. Also includes a library of curated books that fit our C. S. Lewis Theme. Conducive to relaxation, rest and study. We are also close to lots of shops, parks, and historical places. As well as the Bountiful Farmers Market and art center.
