It’s a quick drive to WSU games or UI and one of our favorite spots to go as a family, the Arboretum! Centrally located, just steps from Main St. The unique 2 bedroom lower level apartment gives a nod to the pheasants you can see all over the Palouse but with a British, collegiate feel. A private parking lot makes the downtown and University all easily accessible. Visit Moscow's award-winning Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings or the downtown restaurants! Beautiful, light-filled cottage tucked beside Paradise Creek! This newly renovated home sleeps 6 in a King room, Queen room, and a creek-view office with a sit/stand desk facing the water and a sofa that opens to a Queen. Cook in the stocked kitchen (French press & Keurig), stream on fast Wi-Fi, stay cool with A/C, and use the washer/dryer. Outside, a private yard with a picnic table backs onto the creek. You also have a private patio with Adirondack chairs, BBQ, and a year-round gas fire pit!

We have pictures of this house dating back to approximately 1917 it was the farmhouse of 160 acre homestead just on the edge of Moscow Idaho. Our 8 acres are bordered by the University of Idaho Arboretum , have a good view, nice sunsets . We have one horse and one mule and five chickens. The South Fork of the Palouse river runs through our property. But you can jump across it. The City bicycle park is across the street. Dog is ok.

Our private MountainVista guesthouse is your ideal starting point whether you are attending a university event or exploring the Palouse country. Located 17 miles from Moscow, our comfortable guesthouse provides you with peace and quiet along with a scenic view of Moscow Mountain. MountainVista offers a well equipped dedicated workspace. Air condition units are in bedrooms only. Our driveway is somewhat steep and gravel, not ideal for sports cars. 🙂
