the Bird House/Center of Ocean Springs

The "Bird House," a charming 80's "Ishee Style" Bill Allen home, is located in the serenity of picturesque downtown Ocean Springs. The historic shopping & dining district of the downtown, and beautiful sugar sands of the beach are a 5 minute drive by car or a 1.5 mi walk. This house has room to sleep a family of 8, but plenty of interior & exterior space for entertaining. Visitors come for art, bicycling, bird-watching, cruising, festivals, fishing, gaming, shopping and the uncrowded beaches.

The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

This fantastic neighborhood is in the heart of everything you love about Biloxi. The Biloxi Civic Center is about 300 ft away! Fantastic cafes, shops, art galleries, museums, & music venues are within walking distance! This home has everything you need, so whether you visit for great fishing, casinos, or to relax and get away-this is your place!
