Mama Bears Den is the Perfect Location to Visit the Hatfield and McCoy Trails offering access to not only one but two different trail systems (Devil Anse & Rockhouse) within a mile of the property! Devil Anse connects with a Third trial system (Buffalo) offering days of trials with no need to trailer to other locations! Relax on the porch or by the fire pits while cooking on the grills by a scenic creek! While here visit the gravesite or museum of Devil Anse, just a short walking distance away.

The Red Dog Chalet Couples Retreat w/ Hot Tub

Private parking area with a beautiful covered walking bridge that leads you to the beautiful getaway with a spiral staircase taking you to the 2nd story covered porch areas with a wraparound walking deck. Queen size loft bed. Kitchenette area on main floor. TV/WIFI. Enjoy the two person copper tub. Under the chalet, there is the private outdoor shower; hot tub and bed swing. Brand new cabin/cottage located just outside Man, WV. We are 3 miles away from Rockhouse and Braveheart HMT Trail heads as well as Outlaw trails! Private bedroom (Queen) as well as a loft bedroom (full), and a second loft with 3 pull out (twin) beds. The lofts are open to the floor below. The sofa also pulls out to a full size bed. Outside we have a charcoal grill, picnic table, and 4 chairs. We also provide corn hole boards for you to enjoy a relaxing evening after riding the trails.

Peggie’s Studio Retreat is nestled in a secluded hollow just minutes from the Bearwallow Trailhead of the Hatfields & McCoys’ Trail System. The space is a large art/photography studio that has been transformed into an inviting living space. You’ll love the peace and quiet after a day on the trails. Buy your official Hatfield - McCoyTrail Permits on site. (Let Peggie know you want to purchase Trail Passes when you book the studio. Two week notice required )

Loft 1

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located just 0.3 miles from Bear Wallow trail head with plenty of parking. The Loft has two bedrooms, and one has a tv, the shared living space has a tv, Daybed with trundle and a bunk bed featuring a full on bottom and twin on top. Walking distance from McCoy nightclub and 317 Steak house. Pet friendly with deposit. Rent the other 2 lofts and take over the entire top floor.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful Cabin. A very peaceful place to stay. Sits on the Guyandotte River that's great for kayaking. Very close to the Hatfield McCoy Bear Wallow trailhead. Unload your ATV and hit the trail. Restaurant on site and also very close to a car wash. If you need a place to stay for the holidays while visiting family, this is the place for you! Just a couple of miles from Chief Logan State Park .

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a river-view. We are conveniently located minutes from the Hatfield and McCoy Trails and Chief Logan State Park. With a beautiful view of the river you can spend your evenings fishing. ( With our home being on the river we take every precaution for insects but some are out of control.). They are harmless. Sometimes bettles depending on time of year.
