Aardvark Alpine Lodge on Hothami kõrgeim puhkekodu 1770 m kaugusel, kohaliku pubi lähedal, tuntud kui „Genny“ või „Kindral“. Chalet Hotham apartment 20 is a superior rear loft apartment over two levels with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom is upstairs and has a king (or 2 singles) plus bunks (2 singles) plus the large bathroom with corner spa bath and separate shower, a heated towel rail and toiletries are provided.

Lawlers apartments have been a long standing favourite with groups and families for many years due to their proximity to the centre of the Hotham Village, chair lifts, shuttle bus, restaurants and bars that Hotham has to offer.
