Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Laneway 98 is a charming retreat nestled in the heart of South Hobart. Offering a blend of modern luxury and historic charm, the late 1800's worker’s cottage has been renovated to the highest standard, utilising original features where possible. Fully equipped, self contained and private, it is centrally located within minutes of all the best that Hobart has to offer. The city is a short 15 minute walk away & Salamanca Place, 25 minutes. A short Taxi or Uber ride to the waterfront or North Hobart costs around $8-10.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter.
