Suburbia meets beautiful Northwest scenery at our 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home in Salmon Creek. Quick access to I-5 and I-205, close to shopping, hiking trails, and a 20-min drive to Portland. Quiet, spacious, in a very safe neighborhood and close to WSU-Vancouver, our place is good for just about anyone, except for groups looking for a place to party. Nice patio, fenced yard. One bedroom is on main floor. Lots of space to spread out. Relocating families find this a perfect transition spot.

Cottage by Vancouver Lake with Pickleball court!

Cottage with peek a boo view of Vancouver Lake! The Sailing Club is next door & it's delightful to watch the sunset on the lake! New Pickleball court! There is not direct access to the lake but can enter through owner's yard. This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close.

A charming place, recently remodeled with tons of space. Brand new appliances, kitchenware etc. The sitting areas are on each of three floors, with the full bathroom on each floor too. Nice view on Columbia river from upstairs. Driving to PDX airport is fast and easy and going to Portland downtown in non-rush hours is also easy. A lot of restaurants and activities are now in North Portland, which is even closer. Vancouver downtown is just 5 min away. Easy access from hwy14, but somewhat noisy.

There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that could sleep one adult or 2 kids. The outside area is completely fenced, perfect for pets and children.
