Property in beautiful Mountain Green Utah with nearby access to all kinds of outdoor activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, boating, golf and swimming. The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels.
