Liivaranna, kümblustünni ja torusaunani on vaid 40m, kust avaneb samuti imeline vaade merele ja tähistaevale. Pimedas pakub aias silmailu puudevalgustus. Rannamaja on iseseisev maja, mis asub küll samal krundil pererahva suvemajaga, kuid välja rentimise ajal seal kedagi ei ela. Mõlemad majad on piiratud ühtse privaataiaga.

Majas olemas kõik puhkamiseks vajalikud asjad: loodus ümberringi, linnude laul, vaikus, naturaalsed materjalid, sauna. Vaikne mererand asub vaid 500 meetri kaugusel.
