Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Welkom bij onze sfeervolle accommodatie, gelegen achter op het erf van een voormalige boerderij midden in het Groene Hart. In het Groene hart kunt u fietsen, wandelen, varen en zwemmen. In de directe omgeving vind u de Vinkeveense plassen, Nieuwkoopse plassen, de Amstel en natuurgebied De Groene Jonker. Met de auto (eigen vervoer aangeraden) ben je binnen 30 minuten in Amsterdam en Utrecht. Met het OV een uurtje. Verken de polder, pittoreske dorpen, en de Vinkeveense Plassen voor een ontspannende dag in de natuur, of op het water. Kom genieten van Het Bloemenatelier, we kijken uit naar je komst.

Welcome to logement Fortzicht! An idyllic brand new semi-detached house with front view on the Amstel and back view at a fort which is part of the Defence Line of Amsterdam. The house is situated about an half hour drive from Amsterdam and Amstelveen. Restaurants and shops can be found in towns like Uithoorn, Vinkeveen or Mijdrecht at about an 10-15 minutes drive. The house is located in a rural area and has its own parking space. You do need a car. On the amstel is the 2 person canoe.

Bohemian Farmhouse is not a standard holiday home. It feels like staying in a private museum, filled with art, objects and atmosphere. A place for people who value quiet, character and space (but still close to Amsterdam). The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends.
