An adult can also sleep here. Please note that using the sofa bed inevitably comes with limitations in terms of space and comfort. The holiday apartment 'Haus Excelsior Top 36' is located in Seefeld in Tirol and overlooks the mountain. The 25 m² property consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living-bedroom area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV; on top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. There is also a baby cot and a high chair available on request for a fee.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. Ideal for: couples, sporty people, families with 1 child. Visitor's tax of €3,50/ Person/ night is not included and will be charged upon arrival.

ACHTUNG: - Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock & es gibt keinen Aufzug! - Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist recht eng, eine Alternative können wir leider nicht bieten.
