Meine Großeltern haben dieses Haus als kleine Pension gebaut und betrieben. Dort, wo damals separate Gästezimmer waren, befindet sich heute eine neu renovierte lichtdurchflutete 100qm 3-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung mit Bergblick, in der ich jetzt lebe. Da ich jedoch selbst viel unterwegs bin, habe ich beschlossen die Tradition des Hauses fortzusetzen und gelegentlich Gäste zu empfangen. Vielleicht schon bald dich?

Ferienhaus mit großem Garten

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus mit ca. 115 m2 befindet sich in der Gemeinde Mieders, einem beschaulichen Ort am Eingang des Stubaitals. Von hier sind es nur 15 Minuten bis in die Innsbrucker Innenstadt. In wenigen Minuten sind aber auch mehrere Skigebiete wie z.b. Serleslifte, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, sowie der Stubaier Gletscher erreichbar. Die Busstation ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

Lehner Castle

Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.
