It’s 100ft from the local brewery, and if beer is not your jam-you can head over to Las Panchitas to have a margarita on the patio (just a stones throw away). Experience all that Kings Beach has to offer right out the front door, it’s truly that close to everything. Love winter sports? The TART but stop is across the street. From here you can (for FREE!) jump on the bus for a quick ride to Northstar. No costs or parking hassle required!

The property also features a fully fenced yard, allowing children or pets to run around safely.

Pine antiques and floor, mid-century modern, marble bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Open kitchen and dining room. Farm tables on 2 decks in summer and 3 french doors. Orchard and 100-year old olive trees. Private gated entrance and 2-acre property fully fenced. Locally made fresh croissants. Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.

New deck: more shade, more privacy. My guests do not do chores. We do appreciate guests who are tidy and keep the house clean. Our home is in walking distance to downtown, hiking trails, and other activities; yet quiet for restful evenings. The large deck for morning coffee or an evening beverage. Off street parking onsite. As of January 1, 2026 I will be closing my house for short term rental. The city's short term rental policies have changed.

Renovated during covid, we redesigned this place to be cozy, cute, and yet also functional. We created a place where we could both relax and also work comfortably as needed.
