Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, yet minutes to Starbucks, a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and more! There is a spacious living room with a large flatscreen TV, a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee and pond views out the kitchen window. Brand new furniture and comfy mattresses await you! One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

Bald eagles have been spotted on occasion! As a guest you will have access to a very private spot on the river where you can try your luck panning for gold or fishing. You can also just relax while reading a good book, skipping rocks or just dip your toes in the water.
