Friday and Saturday's we have activities for all ages. And a pond for fishing, boating or swimming Winter - Snowmobile trails across the street. Skiing, snowboarding and tubing at Pat's Peak is 5 miles away. NO SMOKING & NO PETS permitted in the cabin. Any violation of this is subject to a violation fee.

Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

Do have small beach and large dock to share. wifi and sat tv so you can stay connected. Sorry no pets . We do have 2 friendly large dogs on the property and we do live next door. Our season is from may 15 to november 1.
