One bedroom suite just a few minutes from Ashland University. There is plenty room for lounging in the bedroom with a king size bed, sofa sleeper, two spacious closets, dresser and TV. A full bathroom adjoining the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with french doors that open up to a backyard patio where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee in a quaint, wooded setting. The space is very roomy and comfortable for one night or an extended stay with a private, keypad entry and off street parking.

Private Rochester Home

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

The Cottage

Intimate, modern, and well-lit, The Cottage is a charming 400 square feet. With a back yard surrounded by Eastern Redbud trees, it is a clean and private space only 3 blocks from the center of town. Guests can unwind in peace or head downtown for more excitement. A well-scrubbed floor, a snug bed, a hot shower, all manner of breakfast sundries and a full kitchen awaits your leisure. We think you'll be comfortable, whatever your adventure might be!

Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. Hope to have you for your stay!

Gray House

Newly remodeled home located on a dead-end street in the center of Norwalk, Ohio. Within walking distance of local restaurants and the shops on Main street. It is about a 30-minute drive to Cedar Point, Lake Erie Shores, and Island Ferries, and a short drive to Summit Motorsports Park and Thomas Edison’s birthplace in Milan, Oh.

With walking distances to Oberlin College, Conservatory, and downtown restaurants better measured in yards than blocks, Vine Street Suite puts you exactly where you want to be. The entire suite was remodeled in 2016 with heated bathroom floors, new bed, memory foam sleeper sofa, smart TV and much more.
