One of 6 cottage condos, this place has the best views in the association. The waterfront area is shared with the other condos. The beach area is shallow and sandy. There is a day dock and swimming raft for sunning as the waves gently rock you. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchen, power boats not permitted by the association.

This cottage can house a max 4 guest-amenities include gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, Wi-Fi, TV, fireplace, gas grill and window A/C, screen porch and deck. There is 1 queen bed (private room) & 1 double bed (private area). Also 2 twin beds a loft area accessible by a ladder which is not intended for young children. Enjoy lakefront sunrise, sunsets, and beach time.

We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.
