This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The harbour is a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

Unique Coastal Getaway

Located in Bay Roberts this secluded coastal cottage is a new build that offers rustic charm with a modern twist along with a beautiful ocean view. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 communal areas, and a well equipped kitchen. It also has TV/Internet and a mini split. The first water wheel sawmill was built in Burlington in the late 1880s. Our wheelhouse is a reminder of the rich history of our town. The interior of our wheelhouse offers a unique and functional design, with many reclaimed boards from family homes and wharves over 90 years old. Come explore our town, meet the locals, and enjoy!
