Monkeys, birds and other wildlife are often seen inhabiting the surrounding tropical trees. The guesthouse has a very private entrance giving it a separate feel from the rest of the property. Guests will enjoy access to the Rancho Villa Real community pool.

The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara.
