It’s a 3-minute walk to Maxvalue (Kutchan’s largest supermarket) and 10-minute drive to Niseko Hanazono and Hirafu—ideal for families and small vacation groups.

Annupuri Onsen Chalet #1 is located in the Royal Town Onsen Village just a one minute drive Annupuri and Mowai Ski Resorts. The chalet features four bedrooms, a large ski and snowboard dry room and most importantly a outdoor onsen bath with genuine onsen water. Featuring large floor to ceiling views of a private forest out the back, and Annupuri & Nito range views from the front bedrooms.

The Lobs 2BR, SHTL to Rusutsu, Yotei v, 2 toilet

Brand new, stylish 2-bedroom retreat less than 10 minutes from Rusutsu. Breathtaking views of Mt. Yotei right from our abode. Our space boasts 3 double beds and a comfy double sofa bed, accommodating up to 8 guests with ease. Notably, we feature 2 modern toilets for your convenience - no more morning queues! Koyuki 4 - 3 bedroom Townhouse

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2025/26 winter. Each Shiki Koyuki town house has three levels and are very spacious. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage as well as laundry and ski storage area. The middle floor is open plan with the large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area.

Shiki #1 : 3 bedroom + tatami townhouse

Please note this property no longer comes with a vehicle. There are 4 Shiki Koyuki houses, each have three levels and are very spacious. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage.The middle floor is open plan with a large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area if the number of guest are more than 6.

Kabayama Townhouse#4

Please note this property no longer comes with a vehicle. Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 9 people (8 on beds and 1 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Built 2018 each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is fully furnished.

Wajima Niseko 5 BDRM Townhouse

Built in 2006, Wajima Niseko is located in middle Hirafu Village, just minutes from the action and ski area. The property is designed around the entertainment area and offers a real holiday feel with large, open plan living, dining areas and spacious bedrooms. Wajima 1 has 5 bedroom and is inter-connected to the attached property allowing for up to 22 people.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Recently renovated old Japanese style house in a quiet neighborhood. It’s fully furnished and you have everything for relaxing stay. I live next door so if there’s anything you need I can provide help. My place is 20 minutes from Miyanosawa subway station. Enjoy your stay.
