Welcome to our 2 bed, 2 bath condo generously equipped with a full kitchen, 1 king, bed, 1 full bed, and 1 set of bunk beds, wood burning stove, WIFI, Roku streaming devices, and only a few steps from the ski lifts! When you arrive you will be welcomed with a guest snack box and bottle of wine prepared just for you.

Wake up in the heart of the Village at Palisades Tahoe (formerly known as Squaw) with the ski lifts steps away and avoid the ski day traffic! This fully furnished ski-in/ski-out mountain resort condo cozily overlooks the Village central plaza and has a view of the ski mountain above (doesn't face parking lot). Comes with ski locker on ground floor and a parking space under the building (no snow shoveling required!). Just steps from KT-22, the Funitel and the new gondola to Alpine Meadows!

Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

Base Camp for Your Next Tahoe Adventure

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.

Tinopai means 'most excellent' in Maori (indigenous to New Zealand) This is a sweet, comfortable 2 bedroom condo located across the street from the Tahoe-Donner Rec Center. It’s a perfect resort retreat near eight major ski areas, golf, mountain biking, XC skiing, boating and more. The condo offers guest access to all Tahoe Donner's world class amenities. Approximately 0.3 miles away from the Condo is The Village, where you will find restaurants, shopping, live music, family-friendly activities and 3,600 acres of ski-able terrain in the winter and some of the best Spring, Summer and Fall hikes. Also during your stay, you won’t have to deal with early morning ski traffic.
