Griffin - The Lake Superior Riverboat

Channel your inner Mark Twain. Read, rock, and relax on the water, at the foot of a retired Northern Pacific Ore dock. The Griffin is a functioning riverboat, driven by paddle wheels, originally modeled after historic Mississippi steamboats. It is located at a mom and pop boat yard, which is quite different from a fancy marina. Work happens here. Metal is welded here. Engines are torn apart and put back together here. Friends become family here. Come and become a part of the Griffin’s story!

The Overwater Bungalow at Sundance

Beach homes are fun, but take things a step further and immerse yourself with 270-degree views of the fjord at this historic boat house. A secret passageway leads to a speak-easy-style bedroom, and then down to a private hot tub where you can soak while watching the sun set over Olympic National Park. Big Beef Spit is a five-minute walk away. A neighboring guest house and caretaker’s cottage are also both available for rent. **Please note that the loft bedroom gets chilly during cold weather.

We've hosted hundreds of guests at our Mississippi home. We now offer a 1970 Boatel in spring, summer, fall. Safe access through our backyard. A shared dock. Kitchen, two beds, bathroom, dining room, deck. A glorious lighted bridge north & skyscrapers south. NOTE there are ice cream trucks across the river w some minor noise as they park.

This cabin features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a pull out couch in the living room. Our rental is located at Millennium Marina.

Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and morning coffee from the deck. Spring-fed, super clean Big Fish Lake is excellent for swimming and fishing. Rowshell stays docked. 5G WiFi, TV, Netflix, AC, free use of 2 kayaks, firewood, and many other creature comforts. We can't host dogs - no exceptions.

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing get-a-way including kayaks, charcoal grill, parking for boat trailer and vehicle. We have a 35 year old minimum age limit and do not allow groups.
