The view from the balcony is incredible, whatever the season, a great place to sit and admire the view, soak up the sunshine or enjoy a meal outside with the gorgeous outlook over the water. Dolphins and seals often visit so look out for them! This is a 1 bedroom flat that is located about a 15 minute walk into the town centre or just 2 minutes drive. Largs has so much to offer, including lovely pubs, cafes, amazing restaurants, weekend market, shops and a ferry to the Isle of Cumbrae.

Suite 3 is the best seaview windowed suite with everything you need for a peaceful stay on Bute. Cosy chairs at the bay window, kitchenette with microwave and fridge, toaster and kettle, king size bed in bedroom, mains pressure shower, towels and heating all provided. Just 5 minutes from Rothesay pier and central to most shops & eateries. Perfect for a couple who want their bolthole away from it all and still be able to watch the world go by. Ensuite is very compact, but shower good!

A short walk to the holy isle ferry.
