The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

Both downtown Asheville and the charming town of Black Mountain are only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Note: While Swannanoa was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, both our property and our woodsy neighborhood community were not severely damaged.
