It has a four piece bathroom. The house is newly built, is south facing and has a lot of character.

Ocean, mountains, forest, wildlife and constant sun throughout the day makes property. Home is accessible, private, cottage feel, natural landscape, ample private parking, close to all amenities and heated pool from June to mid October. Pool is deep, heated and old. With wind and hot weather, water can get cloudy with organics. Pool water tested and cleaned bi-weekly.
