It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. This colorful apartment was our daughter's before she joined the circus. It is centrally located in historic Cornhill. A short walk to the footbridge brings you to downtown, Rochester Art Supply, Dinasour Barbeque, and Rochester's historic Library. In the other walkable direction is a local cafe, the Genesee, Sushi and restaurants. This apartment has plenty of space and color. It has musical instruments, games, and a desk full of art supplies. Beware the sometimes inappropriate wall art.

Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.
